A Fictional Character

Thanks to numerous fabric-of-reality-shredding shenanigans, the Rulebook happened to find its way into an alternate universe wholly different from our own. In fact, the book found its way into many of them at the same time. Though the events leading to this outcome are unimportant, they are also convoluted enough to make a seasoned theoretical physicist cry.

Thanks to this, we will be focusing instead on the here and now. The question is, where is "here" and when is "now"?
