Ron wasn't sure how he had ended up with the book, he just knew that it had appeared on the end table beside his bed. Of course he knew that this sort of thing had to be some kind of joke, this kind of magic couldn't really exsist could it.

He decided to test it out just to be sure, grabbing a quil he wrote his first rule down.
