The Demonic Line

Now all fully rested the three women exit the church and head towards the demonic path. They emerge into a blasted and wasted field. The sky above is a bloody red, the ground charred with the yellowed or blackened remains of flowers and grass. Surprisingly though there don't seem to be any demons here. At least that's how it seems at first, until it becomes clear there were demons here. They're just dead. The corpses of various demons litter the ground, most in multiple pieces.

There is one thing alive here. It's holding a female demon's corpse and as you watch it takes a bite out of her, tearing flesh before it suddenly freezes and drops her as it sniffs the air. It's a massive gangly creature easily ten feet tall with arms three quarters of it's whole length, tipped with bloodied claws. It's form is vaguely humanoid, but bestial at the same time. It's head an eyeless curved mass that pokes forward, sharp teeth, in a wide maw, currently dripping with blood and bits of flesh from the demon. It is naked and eggshell white. It has a pair of perfectly round breasts tipped with light pink nipples on its chest along with a foot long barbed cock dangling from its pelvis. It opens its mouth wide and screeches the sound reverbrating around the area and forcing Take, Saffiel and Malphiel to all cover their ears. As the screech continues wings extend from the creature's back. They are black feathered wings, tapering to sharp pointed ends devoid of feathers and covered in leathery flesh. A burning halo appears above it's head as a tail ending in a barbed spike flicks out behind it.

The screech stops and the creature drops into a crouch. It's clawed hands digging into the ground as it faces the three women, it's mouth opening and a long tongue emerging and running along its maw.

"Nephilim..." Saffiel mutters as she stares at the creature and then looks to Take and Malphiel, "We should run," she states.
