An Unfair Exchange

Nagi nods, "armor it is..." she says as all the cursed gear vanishes and she pulls out of thin air something akin to a chainmail bodysuit. Covering from the ankles to the top of the head with a chain hood, the form fitting metal rings jingle slightly as she holds it out to Take. Take takes it and calls Malphiel over. Malphiel arrives and looks at the armor. She hesitates and then takes it.

"Don't worry. There's padding on the inside so you won't be wearing chainmail directly against your skin. That would be uncomfortable," Nagi reassures her. Malphiel nods and puts it on. A leather clasp at the back closing the chainmail once its on. The chainmail indeed has soft padding specifically around the groin, chest and hips making it not comfortable per se, but bearable at least.

"Better than being naked..." Malphiel mutters.

"Since that wasn't one of my normal services, I'll still be here if you leave, so no rush to grab a boon or healing right now if you don't want," Nagi informs Take who nods thankfully.

"The artillery and the ritual are likely to be on the demonic side of course, so we'll be venturing into enemy territory," Saffiel warns as Take, Malphiel and she ready to head out.

They nod and exit the encampment, back to the fields, which are still the same as they were when they were last here, complete with the two dead imps. There are three paths, back towards the church, towards the encampment they just left or towards the flashing lights in the distance. The flashing lights are still on the angelic side so are unlikely to be related to the artillery or Ritual, but might still be something useful.

They'll have to back through the church to reach the demonic side.
